曾经观摩过一节体育课，内容是《跳，跳，跳》。当老师正讲解和示范怎样跳过障碍物“小河”时，一个学生叫起来：“老师，子涵摔倒了！”原来是班上一个好动的孩子没有注意听老师讲解，自己凭感觉跳“小河”，结果不小心摔倒了。老师脸上露出不快，但还是急忙跑过去把他扶了起来，并接着讲解动作要领。那孩子揉着摔破的膝盖，伤心地看着老师。这是观摩课，也许这位老师怕影响课的进程因而忽视了孩子的感受。其实孩子真正渴望的也许就是老师的一句安慰。无论发生什么不愉快的事，只要让他觉得老师站在自己这边，时刻关心着他，就什么事都没有了。

心中有爱，眼里才会有人。每天穿梭于孩子们中间，观察和体会着每一个孩子的成长历程，我们在教育方式上除了要正确引导外，更应关注孩子的情绪变化及心理需要。也许仅仅是你一个充满关怀的眼神、一个把孩子扶起的举动、一句“还疼不疼”的询问，就会让孩子的心田里充满阳光。爱是教育的基础。教育学生理解爱、传递爱，教师首先得做到眼里有人，心中有爱。

我们经常看到这样的情景：一位数学老师站在讲台上，细致周到地对重点难点再三讲析，不时严厉批评那些不注意听讲的学生。除了对学生的个别提问，学生们大多被动听讲，师生之间很少互动。教师考虑更多的是如何教，如何让学生顺着自己的教学思路到达事先设定的“理想”的彼岸。学生在活动中是被动的、压抑的和受约束的，又谈何积极主动性。

这种教育实践中的“低关注”是一个比较普遍的问题：教师的眼中没有学生，对儿童缺乏关注。 所谓以人为本，就是要帮助孩子成为学习、发展的主人，注意学习过程中激发孩子内在的学习动机，这是促进师生互动的关键所在。所谓尊重孩子，包括尊重孩子的想法、看法，与孩子平等交流，赏识孩子的才能等等，它不能单纯地理解为不用粗话骂孩子，不用冷漠、厌恶、鄙视的表情看孩子，不阻止孩子的活动。教师要做到真正地尊重孩子，首先要把儿童看作与自己平起平坐的人。所以，我们每天都应问自己：老师，你的眼中有什么？
