5、对部门（项目部）给予罚款处理的，由行政人事部门开具罚款通知单，在部门（项目部）第一责任人的工资中扣除。

五、附则

1、本规定从发布之日起执行，以前有关规定与本规定相抵触的地方，按本规定执行；
