一、 软管、塑料泵头瓶类的包装材料,用气压把软管和塑料瓶吹干净,直接进行紫外线消毒25分钟以上即可。
二、 亚克力瓶,消毒方法同上(因为亚克力很脆,很容易损坏,特别是一沾到酒精就会破裂。)
三、 玻璃瓶,先用清水把瓶子里里外外清洗干净,再用去离子水清洗一遍(条件许可的前提下)。注意:对于带有镀金镀银字体的玻璃瓶,不能用酒精进行最后消毒。因为酒精会使金银掉色。对于这类瓶子可以用(新洁尔灭)配成适应的消毒液进行最后消毒。消毒完成后把瓶子倒置过来把水凉干。(有条件的话直接用烘干机将瓶子烘干净。)瓶子凉干后再次进行紫外线消毒25分钟即可。
四、 对于塑料广口瓶,可以直接用泡过酒精的布擦干净,擦的同时酒精又可以起到一定的消毒作用。当然也可以用清水清洗,但塑料瓶不能用烘机烘干,所以干的时间就比较长。
五、 对于所有一切产品的配件,可以直接用气压将其配件吹干净,直接进行紫外线消毒即可。
消毒必备:气压机一台、紫外线灯、酒精或者其它消毒液(常用消毒液,新洁尔灭)
灌装机消毒注意事项:
灌装前彻底消毒干净,首先,把灌装机底座拆开,彻底用清水清洗干净轴心的活塞与密封圈,再把灌装机料嘴部分拆开清洗干净里面的配件(配件比较小,小心弄丢)。清洗完成后直接把酒精倒入灌装机料斗里泡上几分钟,再把洒精打出来,再用煮过的去离子水清洗一遍(因为泡过酒精的料斗有遗留的酒精味,为了避免料体带有酒精味)。

在实际外贸工作当中, 除参加展会或客户来访时, 与国外客户面对面接触的机会会比较多外, 其余大部分时间都是通过邮件的方式进行联系的。
外贸英语函电是指在对外贸易交往过程中, 凭以交换信息的英语信函、电报、电传、传真及电子邮件等。它不同于普通的英语信件, 它是用商业语言进行相互沟通的一种交流形式, 是外贸活动的重要组成部分。因此, 掌握好书写外贸函电的原则和技巧, 是进行成功交易的基础。同时, 对于国际贸易专业和商务英语专业的学生来说, 学习好外贸函电是以后从事外贸工作的基础之一。
1教学中存在的问题
尽管大多数的高职院校国际贸易专业都有开设《外贸英语函电》这门课程, 但从用人单位的反馈来看, 所培养的学生与企业实际所需要得人才还是存在着一定的差距。究其原因, 笔者认为目前高职外贸英语函电教学存在着两大问题。
1.1教师知识结构的欠缺
高职院校里大部分从事外贸英语函电教学的教师都是英语专业出身, 外贸知识和经验都不足, 有些教师甚至本身就吃不透一些函电的意思。所以, 他们只有按照教参及仅有的一些外贸知识将一封封的函电“灌输”给学生。同时, 他们也会把重点放在句子的语法、词汇等基础知识上, 从而“函电课”便成了类似于“英语精读”类的课程。当然, 现在很多高职院校也聘请了一些有着企业工作经验的教师, 但是从学生的反映看, 仍然不是很让人满意。因为很多这种类型的教师, 虽然他们专业知识很丰富, 但他们会在课堂中侧重于专业知识的讲解, 而本身英语能力的欠缺会使他们在课堂中忽略英语写作能力方面的教学。从而学生不能独立的写出规范准确的信函。
1.2教材的因循守旧
笔者从事高职院校的外贸英语函电教学已经有四年多的时间, 这其中碰到的另外一个很大的问题便是函电课本里范文繁杂的表达方式与高职学生的实际英语水平之间的差异不但让学习函电写作更加困难, 同时也降低了学生的学习积极性与自信心。很多教材的内容都比较陈旧。课后相配套的一些练习也跟其他基础英语课程相类似, 侧重于语法词汇等, 而忽视了与实际相结合, 缺乏实用性。不能很好的锻炼学生的实际交易能力。
2高职外贸英语函电教学的实用性与简单化原则
2.1简单化原则
在从事高职英语教学之前, 笔者也曾有将近两年的外贸工作实践。所接触过的客户是来自世界各地的。而发现的一个特点便是:虽然英语国家客户的邮件相对于非英语国家的邮件, 措辞会正式一些, 但是邮件普遍来说会比较简单化口语化。不管是来自英语国家, 抑或是非英语国家的客户。这与目前很多函电课本中的例文都有差距。
以下便是课文中的函电与现实中资深业务员所写函电的一些对比:

譬如,

同时还有一些诸如hereby, hereafter, whereby等的古体词, 在正式文本比如一些声明、证明中要让学生学会如何使用。但是在一些普通的商务函电里可以选择不用。因为我们的客户不仅仅是来自英语国家, 对一些非英语国家的客户这样反而会增加他们的理解难度。
笔者曾经对任教的一个班级做过调查。该班级为国际贸易专业大二, 共有40位学生, 其中有29位学生觉得课本中的函电比较难学。原因在于课本里范文的句式与学生日常所学英语相差太大。有些句子十分累赘繁琐, 甚至都搞不懂其中的意思, 更别谈学生自己动手写作相类似的函电了。
当然, 课文中的函电是比较正式规范工整的。笔者的意思并非是课文中的信函撰写方式不好, 而是从高职学生的实际英语水平来说, 这些信函的措辞及写作方式无疑增加了学生学习的难度。何不在“表达准确”的基础上, 先从简单的“表达方式”学起?先让学生把基本意思向对方表达清楚, 然后循序渐进, 教授一些正式、规范的语句, 逐渐达到设定的教学目的!
2.2实用性原则
外贸英语不同于普通英语, 也与其他的专门用途英语存在很大的差异。它涉及到了外贸的各个环节建立业务关系、询盘、报盘、还盘、签约、包装、装运、保险、付款和索赔等等。这也是我们安排上课内容的依据。
在学期初, 就会让学生自行分组。以自己的兴趣爱好组建公司, 定好公司名称, 公司英文介绍。同时, 也要确定公司的主要产品、产品不同型号及相关的英文介绍。在学习具体某个环节的函电时, 会把锻炼学生的写作能力与口语能力相结合, 增加该课程的实用性。具体流程如下:
(1) 学习课本中的范文:让学生理清例文的意思。重点记忆一些必备的专业词汇和表达方式。
(2) 将此封例文让学生以口语化的方式表达。
(3) 情景模拟:假设是学生本人, 会如何写这封邮件?然后将学生写的邮件与例文做比较。分析优缺点。规范学生的表达方式, 同时也去除一些稍显累赘的表达方式。
(4) 在教授外贸英语函电的同时也会加入一些实践项目, 比如, 来往函电中报价单, PI等的制作。这些学生在单证课一般都有学过, 通常让学生在课后完成。作为来往邮件的一部分。
(5) 改革考核方式。从去年开始, 本系外贸英语函电的考核方式便从以往的笔试变成了“驾证式考核”。在之前的“平时实践+期末笔试”的基础上。期末考核又分为了“理论+操作”。理论考试主要为一些句式、专业词汇、语法的闭卷考试。而操作则为学生上机操作, 模拟工作场景, 让学生在给出既定信息下写出相关函电。
3结语
高职教育很大的一个目标便是要培养符合社会需求的专业人才, 因此, 在我们日常教学中, 要紧密联系企业的实际需求, 培养学生的实际动手能力, 而不是像以前那样单纯的停留在课本的传授上。要推进课程改革, 教师要学会“走出去”, 多向工作在企业一线的专业人员学习, 多询问学生的意见, 从而更好的培养出高质量的应用型外贸人才!
摘要:《外贸英语函电》是高职院校国际贸易专业的一门必修课。但在实际教学过程中, 部分教师的知识结构欠缺及部分教材的因循守旧让预定的教学计划不能很好的完成, 学生的能力也没有得到很大的提高。通过笔者的实际教学及先前的外贸工作经验, 以及对学生的调查, 得出了外贸英语函电教学要坚持实用性与简单化的原则。

(1) 教材的地位和作用:本课节选自普通高中课程标准实验教材必修一第二单元的内容。本文主要讲
的是英语的发展和英语的种类。而学生作为英语语言的学习者,有必要较为深刻地了解英语语言的一些

(二) 说学情
假设今天我教授的是南昌市某所普通高中高一年级的学生。对于英语,学生在经历了小学初中的英语学
习之后有了一定的了解。但是对英语的发展情况,英语的种类,各种英语类型形成的原因,他们知道的
不多,需要进一步了解。
(三) 说教法学法
教法
(1)采用问题引导教学法,激发学生主动参与的热情。
(2)采用分组讨论教学法,使学生在讨论的过程中加深对知识或课文内容的理解。
(3)学生采用快速阅读的方法,训练学生的阅读速度。

(四) 说教学过程
(1)lead-in: 我将以头脑风暴的方式向学生提出一系列与本文有关的问题作为今天课堂的导入。问题如:
1.do you know the countries where people speak english? list them on a piece of paper. 2.what are the two main groups of english? 3.do you know the differences between british english and american english? 4.do you know the history of english? 因为这能使学生在开始阅读之前,在头脑中对文章内容进行预测。而且带着问题去阅读,能提高阅读的

(2)fast-reading: 让学生在经过快速阅读之后,能概括出文章大意。并且要他们找出每段的关键句或
要求学生用自己的话概括每段大意。此环节进行中,我将全班同学分成五组,并要求每组派代表发言回
答问题,这样可以调动全班积极性,增强学生参与的热情。最后我将给出答案供学生对照参考。

展现获取理论知识、解决实际问题的思维过程。
考虑到年级学生的现状,我主要采取设置情景教学法,让学生积极主动地参与到教
学活动中来,使他们在活动中得到认识和体验,产生践行的愿望。培养学生将课堂教学和自己的经验结
合起来,引导学生主动去发现周边的客观事物,发展思辩能力,注重滨心理状况。当然老师自身也是非
常重要的教学资源。教师本人应该通过课堂教学感染和激励学生,调动起学生参与活动的积极性,激发
学生对解决实际问题的渴望,并且要培养学生以理论联系实际的能力,从而达到最佳的教学效果。基于

由上节课演过的知识和教材开头的情景设置导入新课。导语设计的依据:一是概括了旧知识,引出新

在讲授新课的过程中,我突出教材的重点,明了地分析教材的难点。还根据教材的特点,学生的实际、

good morning everyone. standing here, i’m very happy and excited. it’s my great honor to be here to present my lesson, and the chance is very precious for me. and i’ll try my best. today i’ll talk about unit frommy contents consist of 8 parts analysis of the teaching material analysis of the students teaching methods teaching aims and demands teaching aids teaching procedure blackboard design and conclusion then i’ll talk about next part analysis of the students. it is known to us that the kids are very active and like playing games very mu ch, so during my class, i’ll design some interesting games to activate them to participate and learn something. they will also be interested in the class. next i’ll talk about teaching methods. my teaching methods are task-based approach and situational approach. using different methods can make the class active. let’s move on to another part, teaching aims and demands. there are knowledge aims and ability aim. knowledge aims are to enable the students to master the words and phrases:. and the sentences:

listening and speaking ability by reading and practicing the dialogue. next is the teaching aids. in this class, i’ll use pictures, ppt and tape recorder. these can arouse the students’ interest in english. now i’ll talk about most important part teaching procedure. it consists of 5 steps. warning up, lead-in, contents key points and difficult points and homework. step1 is warming up. here i’ll use ppt to play a english song bingo for the students and i’ll ask them try to follow it to sing together. by this, the students can be interested in it and pay their attention to our class easily and improve their ability of speaking. step2 is lead-in (导入根据所授内容设计,可通过展示与本课有关的话题或者图片等等引出本课话题)
