本学期以来，在区教体局的大力倡导下，全区实行大集体备课，将导学案在教学中的使用全面推广。

半学期，我更加对自己以往的教学进行改变，在积极学习交通路中学备课成果中，感觉到交通路中学八年级英语备课组的确做了大量扎实的工作，备课思路相当清晰，并且还有基本模板、学案和幻灯片。导学案真正体现了学生的主体地位、导学案真正体现了教师的主导作用。同时，收获颇丰，感到课堂上老师讲得少了，学习的兴趣浓厚多了，学生的思维活了，问的问题多了，解决问题的方法多了，学生的视野开阔多了，生生之间、师生之间的关系变得融洽多了，课堂效率也得到明显提高。让我切实体会了：“给学生一个机会，还老师一个惊喜”这句话的深刻的含义。

然而，我也感到英语课堂中使用的导学案教学模式，还有很多的困惑。我的困惑如下：

1、怎样带动基本薄弱学生水平提高的同时，又如何提高优势学生的水平？

2、如何避免两极分化? 又如何“两头兼顾”？

3、导学案的教学是否都为单

一、固定“基础达标、设问导读、巩固练习、拓展练习”的教学模式。

4、不同水平的班级，上课时又如何对同一份导学案进行修改和完善？

5、导学案的批阅又如何做到有指导性、针对性和及时性。

6、如何对学生进行“过程与方法”、“情感态度价值观”进行评价，才能体现我们教学的有效性？

7、是不是课堂气氛越活跃越好？活跃什么程度才能达到导学案的最佳效果？

8、导学案使用如何充分彰显教师教学个性。

9、全省实行素质教育，给我们教师提出了更高的要求，在课时减少的情况下，在导学案中，如何高效地完成教学任务。同时，在导学案教学中，我认为需要注意以下几点：

1、“以学生为中心”的设计原则，这一点对于导学案的教学设计有至关重要的指导意义，因为从“以学生为中心”出发还是从“以教师为中心”出发将得出两种全然不同的设计结果。至于如何体现以学生为中心，我们从以下几个方面进行了努力：

(1)要在学习过程中充分发挥学生的主动性，要体现学生的首创精神；

(2)要让学生有多种机会在不同的情景下去应用他们所学知识，将知识“外化”；

(3)要让学生能根据自身行动的反馈信息来形成对客观事物的认识和解决实际问题的方案。

2、注意教师的引导性：强调“以学生为中心”,并不意味着教师放任自流，撒手不管。恰恰相反，教师要立足于“主导”地位，充分考虑每个学生的个性不同，认知水平的高低层次，在实施导学案时应依据教学内容，适时的、适当的采用多种多样的方式方法，将难易不

一、“导学案”的编写

编写过程认真执行总的指导思想是明确方向、明确依据、明确重心。导学案编写要充分发挥备课组的力量,明确分工,认真研读课标和教材,利用集体智慧把导学案编写得知识体系完整,简洁明了,让教师在教学中得心应手,学生使用起来与教材相结合,体会到完成导学案是提高数学学习能力的重要环节。编写中需要贯彻的原则:探索性原则,培养学生自主探究学习能力;启发性原则,引导学生积极思考,充分调动学生思维;层次性原则,根据学情,问题的设置尽可能考虑到学生的认识水平和理解能力,调动各类学生探索的积极性;定性定量原则,根据课时安排和学生的基础在规定的时间内完成学习任务。“导学案”的编写分为“预学案”和“检测案”两部分内容,如:

二、利用导学案组织合作学习

通过“预学案”学生明确目标,结合教材进行自主学习,当场解决基础知识,使学生形成知识体系。对一些重难点问题需要组织小组交流与合作学习,让小组围绕问题进行合作讨论,促进各小组的共同成长。如八年级上“一次函数的应用”一课是学生在已经学习了一次函数图像的性质基础上进行应用。导学案中设计这样的问题:根据图像一元一次方程0.5x+1=0与一次函数y=0.5x+1有什么联系?

学生通过合作交流从数、形方面进行讨论,形成两种情况:

①从数方面看,当一次函数y=0.5x+1的函数值y=0时,相应的自变量x的值即为方程0.5x+1=0的解.

②从图像上看,函数y=0.5x+1与x轴交点的横坐标即为方程0.5x+1=0的解.

合作交流学习是教师根据本节教学内容的重难点,或者依靠单个力量较难以解决的而提出问题,或者根据学生发现的情况提出问题,让学生独立思考、小组合作交流讨论,在班内交流。在解决问题的过程中,学生积极参与,小组共同讨论问题的解决方案,踊跃代表本组发言。在发言时,其他组同学之间互相欣赏,自我反思,通过判断对问题的最优解法心中有数。对问题的解决使学生在小组合作交流中促进思维的发散,激发了学生的学习主动性和创新意识。在学生合作学习中,不可放任自流,教师要适时点拨讲解。小组内无法解决的问题或生成的问题引导各组之间相互帮助解决;引导学生对本节知识进行梳理或建构它们之间的内在联系;本节知识较繁杂或较零散时,及时引导并与学生共同归纳出具有合作交流价值的问题,建构完整的知识体系。对于学生有困惑的问题,要参与到小组活动与学生合作中,若发现影响本节教学的问题,则及时调整教学设计。

三、展示赏学,鼓励各小组展示学习成果

结合导学案,根据学生在自主学习或合作交流过程中完成的情况,组织学生展示学习成果。学生在展示过程中根据实际分为两种情况:一是组内展示;一是班级展示。组内展示主要是针对基础知识、个人当堂能解决的问题,对重难点问题在合作交流后整理出本组的意见在班级内展示交流。

展示过程不能流于形式,做表面功夫。展示时要注意围绕教学的设计与教学的过程相结合,要注意是否达到教学目标的落实来展示。教师依据课堂中学生展示交流的情况,要及时进行点拨,同时明确本节某些知识点或基本概念是否需要进一步延伸。对于学生自己能掌握的,就不需要过多点评。展示赏学的时间控制要合理,要及时对学生的学习过程进行评价,教学过程中用好的评价激励机制,进一步提高学生的学习积极性和小组合作学习的有效性。
