高一级部工作计划

一、指导思想

以现代教育教学理论为指导,认真贯彻新课改理念,以人为本,发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用;紧紧围绕高一教育教学目标,加强教育教学过程管理,充分调动教师和学生的积极性,提高教育教学效益;遵循教育教学规律,务实创新,脚踏实地,稳步提高教学质量;加强学校教育与家庭教育的结合,充分挖掘资源,形成教育合力,促进教育教学效果的提高。

二、任务目标

1、加强学生行为规范的培养,落实好2014级关于学生学习习惯培养的几项基本主张。

2、各个学科组在备课组长的指导带领下,积极传授学习方法,培养学生的良好的学习习惯,形成一整套教学常规管理的制度。

3、各班在德育工作方面以新的角度、结合学生实际进行有针对性的、有成效的德育工作,努力提高德育工作的实效,真正做到“让学生真正动起来”。

4、搞好学分认定考试工作。

5、强化落实好低重心教学,力争期末市统考位列全市前五。

6、组织好兴趣小组活动,促进尖子生、重点边缘生和特长生的发展。

7、加大班主任培训力度,加强班主任经验交流,使班主任班级教学团队核心作用真正发挥出来。

三、工作措施:落实好“53335”工作计划 (一)级部领导坚持每周五必做

1、听评课:按照《博兴一中领导班子工作规范》第五章的规定执行,着重考察课堂模式的建构情况和课堂教学的有效性。

2、参加集体备课:级部领导分工,主要考察集体备课基本流程的落实情况。

3、教育活动巡查:每周巡查班会或学生宣誓或班主任晚点至少两次。

4、辅导抽查:每周至少抽查优秀生或边缘生辅导(课外兴趣小组活动)各一次。

5、自习巡视:每周利用值班时间巡视年级所有教学班的自习情况至少三次。 (二)级部管理间周三项指标

1、召集(或参加)备课组长或班主任会:每两周召集或参加一次备课组长会议或班主任会。

2、召开(或参加)教师例会:每两周召集或参加一次年级部全体任课教师会。

3、发现问题提出解决方案:每两周发现1-2个问题并提出解决方案。 (三)级部管理每月三项指标

1、每月召开一次优秀生、边缘生等学生座谈会。

2、每月组织一次教学常规检查。

3、每月指导学生至少组织一次大型活动。 (四)级部管理学段三项指标

1、每学段组织学生评教与受欢迎教师的评选。

2、每学段组织模块考试与学分认定。

3、每学段模块考试后组织学科组的质量分析与补偿教学研讨和班级教导会。 (五)级部管理学期五项指标

1、每学期开始前研究制定学期工作计划,全面谋划学期教育教学工作;布置各组、各班制定工作计划。

2、每学期组织音体美教学与训练专题研讨或工作调度至少一次。

3、每学期放假前研究布置假期作业,召开家长会至少一次。

4、每学期结束后作出期末工作总结;布置各组、各位教师写出工作总结。

5、每学期结束后布置进行学生基础素养评价,组建学生发展报告。

(六)抓好备课组工作,坚持集体备课制度,落实“关于优化教学过程,开展有效教学行动的九项基本要求”。

备课组长要履行《博兴一中备课组长岗位职责》。集体备课要坚持学校规定的基本流程。集体备课的成果要以编制出高质量的学案为呈现形态;学案或训练卷必须组编,其中的作业须分层次设置。

级部通过备课组长会进行培训,通过听评课和参加各组集体备课以及学案的检查等措施进行督促落实。

(七)抓好班主任工作

1、想方设法通过晚点、班会等形式创造性的做好学生的思想工作,最大限度的调动学生的积极性。指导学生做好常规工作。

2、要充分发挥班主任在教与学方面的作用。考虑从以下几个方面进行管理和调控:每周调查作业批改情况或作业量大小;每周检查学生课堂笔记本或集锦本或纠错本;每月任课教师教学情况问卷调查;每月召开协调组会;每次考试前让学生制定目标,确定追赶对象。

(八) 认真研究自主自习、双休日、节假日如何引导学生有效的自主学习、自主活动问题,发挥广大教师积极性,做好“优生培养、差生转化”等分类推进工作。

级部要研究自主自习、双休日的自主学习的引导和安排,如双休日可安排学科答疑或安排理化生实验。重大节假日要指导学生完成一定的作业或社会实践活动。

数理化要加强个别辅导与跟进,尤其是数学、物理要特别注意鼓励基础薄弱的学生的信心,开展待优学生的辅导与约定时间答疑工作。重点抓好重点边缘生的推进工作,为将来在高考重点人数上有所突破奠定基础。

(九)课程实施

严格按照课程标准要求,开齐开全课程,开足课时。真正实施选课走班并加强对选课走班的管理。认真组织学分认定工作,力争让学生在更多领域获得学分。

(十)抓好学生的思想教育工作

1、加强班主任队伍建设,注重理论学习和经验推广,抓好班主任的培养工作,提升班主任的工作进取心和责任心,提高班级管理工作的针对性和实效性,组织班主任对学生开展洗脑工程。

2、加强教育研究,每2周组织好一次级部班主任会议,交流教育信息,了解学生动态,解决突出问题,研究并布置下一阶段的各项工作。

3、加强学校与家庭的联系和沟通,定期召开家长会,互通情况,并让家长了解支持学校的教育教学改革措施,形成教育合力。

4、重视学生心理疏导工作,针对学生容易出现的心理焦虑、心理浮躁等问题,有计划地开设系列讲座或报告,及时做好疏导和引导工作。

5、通过主题班会、晚点、宣誓、学生大会等形式,引导学生树立远大理想和正确的人生观、世界观,教育学生正确认识和处理现实和理想之间的关系,增强学习的持久性,挖掘学生的潜力。

6、发挥榜样示范作用。一是邀请已经毕业的优秀同学做报告,让同学们从中汲取有益的启示,二是树立同学身边的先进典型,让全体同学学有方向,赶有榜样。

7、有计划的开展文体活动,让学生劳逸结合,张弛有度,不搞疲劳战,能使全体同学始终以饱满的热情投入到紧张的学习中去。

8、定期对违纪学生进行培训。开展针对女生的讲座。

9、加强常规管理,确保广播操、眼保健操、班级卫生工作正常有序地进行和开展,使学生“守规矩,成习惯”。
