1 影响注水井资料全准率的原因
1.1 注入水的水质对井况的影响
随着注水时间的延长, 并且注入水采用的是深度处理水, 这对井口、井底设备都有不同程度的腐蚀或产生杂质, 因此, 易出现的原因一是:造成生产闸门关不严, 导致洗井时进口排量大于出口排量, 达不到洗井的目的。原因二是:造成洗井通道堵塞或底部挡球打不开的现象, 导致洗井不通, 甚至有些井需要上作业后才能解决此类问题, 然而, 使注水量、压力产生波动, 致使全准率降低。 (表1)
1.2 洗井方式对资料全准率的影响
目前采用的罐车洗井, 在罐车台数上是有限的, 洗井时每罐只能装9米3水左右, 因此达不到一定的洗井排量, 在洗井过程中, 有时不连续, 而且, 无法取水样来检查洗井进、出口水质是否一致, 这给洗井工作带来了不便。从洗井时间上来看, 罐车少、洗井时间较短, 冲洗不干净、不彻底, 正常注水后, 油管内悬浮的杂质回落到底部尾管内, 造成底部挡球不严或堵塞, 甚至造成洗井堵, 压力不降, 最终只能采取测试的方法来进行解堵。因此, 直接影响到洗井质量, 使注水合格率得不到保证, 此原因也是导致注水量、压力产生波动, 致使全准率达不到指标的要求。 (表2)
1.3 资料录取方式对全准率的影响
目前, 注水井井口资料录取方式, 多数采用的是柱塞式压力传感装置进行资料录取, 在资料录取过程中, 频繁的加压、泄压, 使录取压力装置柱塞内的密封圈破损及压力表倒压部位缺油, 此时, 录取的压力资料就会出现较大的波动, 直接影响到压力、注水量的全准率。
1.4 同位素测试后对全准率的影响
同位素测试是油田上广泛应用的一项测试方法, 他不仅能够反映出注水井每个层段的相对吸水量及封隔器、配水器的实际位置。然而, 注水井在经过同位素测试后, 经过了开关井的过程, 以及向井底注同位素液体后, 使注水井易出现压力升高、注水量下降的异常现象, 由于同位素对人体有害, 因此, 在同位素测试15天后, 才能正常洗井, 导致压力、注水量阶段性的超波动, 即影响到资料全准率。
2 提高注水井资料全准率的解决办法
2.1 对注水站污水处理进行加强管理
首先, 要加强注水站人员责任心, 严格控制沉降罐的液位在1/3~2/3之间。其次, 要加密对注水泵过滤网的清理, 以保证离心泵出口的水质要求, 避免因水质不合格, 导致注水井因杂质使注水压力升高、出现水嘴堵、洗井通道堵塞等现象, 为提高注水井资料全准奠定基础。
2.2 建议多采用除砂车及密闭洗井方式, 可提高注水质量
目前, 采用的洗井方式有罐车洗井、油水井连接密闭洗井和除砂车洗井, 而我队采用的是罐车洗井和除砂车洗井两种方式。从对比7口罐车洗井结果来看, 洗井前后压力下降不明显, 注水量稳定, 洗井有效率只占57.1%。 (表3)
从对比结果来看, 洗井前后压力下降明显, 注水量上升, 洗井有效率达100%, 保证了单井的注水合格率, 同时, 有效的提高了注水井的资料全准率。
2.3 加强注水井的管理标准, 提高资料有效率
为了提高注水井的管理标准, 一是加强管井员工的技术培训教育, 严格按操作标准操作, 避免出现操作上的错误;二是提高管井员工的个人素质, 对所管的井有针对性的分析, 并且能够判断出注水压力、注水量的变化原因, 可提高工作效率, 达到提高注水井资料录取的有效率。

2.4 加强分层测试的衔接工作, 提高资料的全准率
由于在正常工作中, 有时会出现一些泵压不稳定、开关井的影响、测同位素的影响, 以及洗井后的压力、注水量未得到恢复等诸多因素, 使注水压力、注水量超出规定的波动范围内, 因此, 采用分层测试来解决的井, 应随时缩短测试周期, 来减少因压力、注水量超波动而影响资料全准率。
2.5 应用现代化管理模式, 可有效的提高工作效率
为了大幅度提高工作效率, 降低一线工人的劳动强度, 节约耗材。为此, 我队通过一年多的应用数据采集管理系统的实验, 大大的提高了资料的准确性和真实性, 同时也提高了员工的工作效率。
