2、每周至少精读一份China daily的报纸或者每天阅读其网站。这份报纸的大部分内容确实超越了多数考生目前的实力,但是一些涉及到日常社会生活的词语,却是值得学习的。大家每天看看网站中头条新闻,配合相关中文新[微博]闻的背景,就可以学到很多表达。另外推荐一个中国日报网站下的一个小栏目:language tips,有大量简单实用的双语文章。与此同时,大家平时注意选购一些难度不大的翻译书籍,注意积累一些中英文的相关表达。若是还有闲暇时间(其实是有的,大学生活怎一个闲字了得?) ,平时不妨多浏览一些英语学习网站如沪江、可可之类的,或是每天看看英语新闻杂志的网站,如VOA,CNN,BBC,CRI,TIMES,NEWSWEEK等等,养成了看英语,听英语,甚至说英语的习惯,英语便不再是种负担或是你所认为没用的技能,相反,它会成为你生活中的一种乐趣,考试不过是顺带的事情。

5.remain的用法:

remain用作不及物动词,意为“剩下、留下、呆在”,相当于stay。如:

区别:stay通常指在某地呆一段时间而不离开,或暂时住在某地,尤指宾客逗留,而remain指别人已经走了,而某人仍在原地。

(1)同位语从句的定义

在复合句中用作同位语的从句称为同位语从句。同位语从句是名词性从句的一种。它在句中起同位语的作用。它一般

在fact,news,idea,truth,hope,problem,information,belief,thought,doubt,promise,question等名词的后面,对前面的名词作进一步的解释,说明前面名词的具体含义。引导同位语从句的词有连词how,when,where,whether,what等。
